REGISTRATION
Registration for all teams is on Sunday 28 November from 6.30am at the race site on Black Mountain Penninsula. Only one team representative is required at registration to collect competitor kit bags, timing chips and officially sign on at the registration desk for their team.
FIND YOUR TEAM-MATES
If you do not have a corporate marquee booked, to make it easier to find your team-mates on race morning, look for the 'MEETING PLACE" sign located on race site near the coffee cart.
CAR PARKING
Please endeavour to not park on the road side along Garry Owen Drive, John Cardiff Close or Lady Denman Drive on Sunday, as parked cars roadside will encroach on the race cycle course and therefore competitors safety will be compromised. "Triathlon Parking" signage will direct you to appropriate parking sites. Please note that a road closure of all roads used for this event is in place from 8.45am - 10.30am.
TEAM CHANGEOVERS
Team changeovers during the race occur in the changeover compound near the swim entry/run exit point in the transition area
Changeover is via a hand tag
NUMBERING
Race number bibs are to be worn by the runner on their FRONT
Swimmers and cyclists need to have their number written on them at the blue Triathlon ACT tent
RACE TIMING CHIPS
Timing chips are to be worn around the ankle
The swimmer will pass the timing chip to the runner; the cyclist does not need to wear it
BARREL DRAW
Once the runner has completed the race they should place their race number bib in the barrel in the presentation area.
RACE INFORMATION

Fresh fruit and water will be available to competitors in the recovery area close to the finish arch.
Medical/First Aid Sports Trainers will be in attendance.
Trophy and award presentations will commence as soon as possible after the last competitor crosses the finish line - approximately 10.30am.
